Telmek Inc. is aimed at accurate production and absolute customer satisfaction with ISO 9001 certificate (since 1998) and Total Quality Management (since the beginning of the 2001).

In order to achieve these aims, Telmek Inc. determines all processes and key processes. According to the quality plan, quality control activities are performed at all processes and sensitive quality control activities are performed at all key processes. Also semi-finished products which are sent by suppliers are controlled on the entry.

In order to perform control which is determined on the quality plan, measuring devices has been supplied such as calipers, protractors and stencils etc. Measuring devises are calibrated by authorized companies every year. Also, there are some other measuring devices which are used for sensitive measurements and incoming control.

QUALITY CONTROL EQUIPMENTS

	3 DIMENSIONAL MEASUREMENT DEVICE (ROMER-ARMONY) Measurement controls (under the tolerances of ±0.04mm) of produced parts are performed by Romer - Armony 3D cmm which is situated at quality control department.
	COATING THICKNESS MEASUREMENT MACHINE (ELCOMETER) After coating process, materials are measured to observe that the required coating thickness is proved or not.
	DIGITAL PROTRACTOR Digital protractor is used for measuring the bends and angular surfaces sensitively.
